Role Overview

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will advise clients on HR best practices, build customized HR policies, support talent acquisition strategies, and drive employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Develop and implement customized HR policies and procedures
• Conduct HR needs assessments and recommend talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution processes
• Support performance management systems and evaluations
• Design and deliver HR training programs for management and staff
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
• Assist in compensation and benefits strategy development
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
