Human Resource Compliance - AM/DM/Manager

• Manage end-to-end statutory compliance for all functions Field Force, Manufacturing Units, and R&D Centers.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly compliance reports with detailed tracking and analysis.
• Keep abreast of legal changes and ensure 100% compliance with applicable labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and government guidelines.
• Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments initiate corrective actions where needed.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for inspections, licenses, and updates.
• Drive internal awareness on compliance standards through training sessions and policy updates.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidate should have at least 5 to 10 years of hard-core experience in managing statutory compliance in pharmaceutical company.
• Candidate will maintain monthly compliance reports.
• Responsible for compliance across Field, Plant, and R&D Corporate functions.
