Client is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support their growing US Healthcare operations. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives across employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
- Partner with business leaders to understand team objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Support workforce planning, headcount optimization, and succession planning.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and team development.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies.
- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and analyze feedback to recommend improvement actions.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Facilitate goal setting, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D to deliver relevant programs.
- Support career development pathways for high-potential employees.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure adherence to US Healthcare compliance standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company HR policies.
- Manage disciplinary processes in line with legal and organizational frameworks.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit-ready records.
HR Operations:
- Support onboarding, orientation, and background verification processes.
- Analyze HR metrics attrition, absenteeism, engagement and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with payroll, recruitment, and operations for seamless HR service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 23 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably as HRBP/HR Generalist in a US Healthcare BPO.
- Working knowledge of US healthcare processes and compliance (HIPAA, PHI handling) would be an advantage
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management cycles.
