This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resource Business Partner with 2-4 years of experience. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to ensure best practices and foster a positive organizational culture within the company.

• Proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law compliance
• Experience in managing Performance Management processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
