Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Job Portals like Naukri, Internshala, and Social Media Platforms.
- Scheduling and tracking the shortlisted candidates for the interview. Meet the targets as per the recruitment plan.
- Maintaining the MIS and preparing regular reports on recruitment activities, team performance, and hiring outcomes.
- Must be involved in the joining process of the employee, onboarding, documentation, and the post-joining activities.
- Must assist the management in other HR activities, including employee engagement initiatives.
