Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Apprentice Training, located in Chennai. The HR Apprentice will be responsible for assisting with training and development programs, supporting human resources (HR) functions, and providing coaching and communication support to employees. The role involves daily tasks including organizing training sessions, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Skills in Training & Development and Training
- Competence in Human Resources (HR) functions and processes
- Strong Communication and Coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment
- Interest in the microfinance or financial services industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
