Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HCM Consulting Leader with deep expertise in AI infused HR operating model recommendations across Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes to drive HR transformation initiatives for global clients. The role involves consulting, solutioning, and delivering end-to-end HCM implementations, while partnering with business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HCM consulting engagements across the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle including:
- Talent Acquisition
- Onboarding
- Core HR / Employee Data Management
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Payroll & Compliance
- Offboarding
- Drive HR transformation programs including process re-engineering, digitization, and automation initiatives.
- Partner with CXOs, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to define HR strategy, operating models, and roadmaps.
- Partner with HCM implementation teams to ensure the recommendations get incorporated well in the requisite platform
- Provide thought leadership on HR trends, digital HR, and employee experience.
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and delivery governance.
- Mentor and lead consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability building.
- Support business development through solutioning, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in HR / HCM Consulting / HR Transformation.
- Strong domain knowledge across Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
- Hands-on experience in at least one HCM platform would be valued:
- Oracle HCM Cloud
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Workday
- Proven experience in large-scale HCM implementations and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Certifications in HCM platforms (Workday / SAP / Oracle).
- Experience working with global clients across geographies.
