Job Summary
Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM / Implementation Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, optimizing, and managing HubSpot CRM solutions to support business growth, marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer service operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHubSpot CRM & Implementation
- End-to-end HubSpot CRM implementation, configuration, and customization
- CRM setup including pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, and integrations
- Data migration, CRM optimization, and system maintenance
- Create dashboards, custom reports, and analytics for stakeholders
Marketing Hub
- Setup and manage marketing automation workflows
- Email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing
- Lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management
- Campaign tracking and performance analysis
Sales Hub
- Configure deal pipelines, sequences, and automation
- Setup sales workflows, tasks, and notifications
- Enable sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Improve sales processes using HubSpot tools
Service Hub
- Configure ticket pipelines, SLAs, and automation
- Setup knowledge base, chatflows, and customer feedback tools
- Improve customer support workflows and service reporting
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements
- Provide HubSpot best practices, training, and support
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM / Implementation Specialist
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Expertise in workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations
- Experience with CRM data management and migration
- Good understanding of inbound marketing and sales processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, or CMS Hub)
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of third-party integrations and APIs
