Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and confident HubSpot CRM Implementation Expert / Integration Developer to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate who is technically strong, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable interacting with international clients.
This role requires someone who can handle client discussions confidently, understand business requirements, and implement HubSpot-based solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure HubSpot CRM solutions based on client requirements.
- Handle HubSpot CRM implementation, customization, and integrations.
- Work on HubSpot CMS development and customization.
- Develop and manage API integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes within HubSpot.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Provide technical consultation and support for CRM implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM implementation and integration.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party platform connectivity.
- Experience working with HubSpot CMS.
- Understanding of Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and CRM workflows.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and handle requirement calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding of CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile- Candidates located in or near Tri-City (Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula) will be preferred.
- Comfortable working on-site from our Mohali office.
- Confident personality with strong client-facing capabilities.
