HTML Email Templates Developer cum Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HTML Email Templates Developer cum Designer to join the Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging email templates compatible with various email clients and devices. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to translate their requirements into functional and visually appealing email templates. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HTML, Photoshop, CSS, and responsive design principles, along with experience in designing and coding email templates.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand their requirements for email templates and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Design and develop HTML email templates that are optimized for various email clients and devices, ensuring compatibility across different platforms and screen s.
Implement responsive design techniques to ensure the email templates render well on mobile devices.
Create and modify graphics, images, and other visual elements to enhance the overall look and feel of the email templates.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that the email templates are error-free and display correctly across different email clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email template design and development, and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email templates into email marketing platforms or systems.
Monitor and analyze the performance of email templates, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to email template rendering and functionality.
Maintain a library of reusable email templates and ensure proper documentation for easy access and future use.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in designing and coding HTML email templates, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills.
Proficiency in HTML, Photoshop, CSS and with a solid understanding of email-specific coding techniques and limitations.
Good understanding of UI/UX designing.
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create mobile-friendly email templates.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar graphic design tools.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms or systems, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across different email clients and devices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations is a plus.
