Role Description

Infrabyte Consulting is seeking a precise and visually-driven HTML/CSS Developer Intern to join our design and development team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the look and feel of the web. You will be responsible for translating design wireframes into high-quality, semantic code, ensuring that our web interfaces are beautiful, accessible, and responsive across all screen sizes.

Primary Responsibilities

* Web Styling: Convert UI/UX designs (from tools like Figma or Adobe XD) into clean, valid HTML5 and CSS3 code.

* Responsive Design: Implement Fluid Grids and Media Queries to ensure websites function perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

* CSS Frameworks: Utilize and customize frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap to speed up development while maintaining design integrity.

* Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and debug layouts to ensure a consistent experience across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

* Optimization: Write optimized CSS to ensure fast page load times and maintainable stylesheets using nesting and variables.

Requirements

* Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Web Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

* Core Skills: Mastery of HTML5 semantic tags and advanced CSS3 (Flexbox, CSS Grid, Transitions, and Animations).

* Styling Tools: Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or SCSS is a significant advantage.

* Design Literacy: Ability to understand design principles like typography, whitespace, and color theory.

* Version Control: Basic understanding of Git for managing design iterations.
