Role Description
SkillzenLoop is looking for a creative and detail-oriented HTML/CSS Developer Intern to join our front-end team. In this role, you will focus on the look and feel of our web platforms, ensuring that our designs are translated into pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance web pages. This is an ideal position for someone who has a sharp eye for design and a passion for building clean user interfaces.
Primary Responsibilities
UI Implementation: Convert Figma or Adobe XD design mockups into semantic and high-quality HTML5 and CSS3 code.
Responsive Design: Ensure that all web pages are mobile-first and look great across all devices and screen sizes using Flexbox, Grid, or Media Queries.
Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and debug web pages to ensure consistent behavior across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Styling Frameworks: Assist in using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS to speed up development and maintain consistency.
Web Accessibility: Implement best practices to ensure that web content is accessible to all users (ARIA labels, high contrast, etc.).
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Web Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
Design Sensitivity: Ability to follow design guidelines strictly regarding typography, spacing, and color palettes.
Tools: Familiarity with browser developer tools and version control using Git/GitHub.
Portfolio: A link to a portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing your best web design work or landing pages.
