Description
We are seeking a qualified HSE / Safety Officer cum Certified Scaffolding Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in safety management and scaffolding inspection, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Perform scaffolding inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance on safety practices to site personnel.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment and ensure proper use by workers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification.
- Certified Scaffolding Inspector qualification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and scaffolding standards in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
- Proficient in using safety equipment and conducting inspections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
