Job Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments (RA), and incident investigations
- Review and update Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW)
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; submit root-cause analysis with corrective actions (CAPA)
- Prepare accurate safety reports, documentation, and performance tracking
- Promote and maintain a zero-incident safety culture on-site
- Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions, Training & Emergency Drills
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Safety, Engineering, Environment, or related field
- Minimum 25 years relevant experience (construction / marine / oil & gas / industrial)
- Certifications such as WSH, NEBOSH, IOSH, Safety Coordinator, or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication, reporting skills, and leadership qualities
