Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Business Product Owner for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, representing People and Operations team requirements to Technology teams.
- Partner with Digital Operations Manager and Product Owner to deliver large-scale ServiceNow HRSD initiatives.
- Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements; ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT); escalate defects for prioritization.
- Drive issue prioritization to support efficient decision making.
- Recommend opportunities for process improvement in HRSD platform.
- Coordinate with Product Owner, Change team, and PMO to ensure timely resolution, effective change management, and milestone delivery.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1013 years of experience in workflow/process development within HR Technology (preferably ServiceNow HRSD).
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
- Experience in agile, cross-functional teams and global environments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
- Good to Have:ServiceNow CSA Certification.
- Preferred:ServiceNow CIS ITSM or HRSD.
