HRO : UK Payroll

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking an HRO - UK Payroll Associate for a leading ITES company. This role involves managing end-to-end UK payroll processes, including salary adjustments, statutory compliance, and various employee pay components. You'll be responsible for payroll input processing, tax and pension calculations, and supporting year-start/year-end activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and MS Office tools, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle confidential information while resolving client/employee queries via voice and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end UK payroll processes, including processing salary changes and various employee pay components throughout their lifecycle.
• Compliance & Calculations: Ensure sound knowledge of statutory compliances of UK payroll, including calculating Tax and Pensions.
• Annual Activities: Familiarity with and active participation in year-start/year-end activities of UK payroll, as well as UAT/UVT testing.
• Query Resolution: Handle voice and email queries from clients, customers, and employees effectively and professionally.
• Reporting: Produce various payroll reports for stakeholders.
• Data Handling: Process various payroll inputs from starter to leaver and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Team Collaboration: Perform payroll checks with other team members and be a flexible team player to ensure SLAs/KPIs are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in UK payroll processing.
• Skills:Good working experience in SAP and MS Office Excel, Word, PPT.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to read, comprehend, and respond to emails.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
• Compliance Knowledge: Experience with ITAR, NRC.
• Education: Graduate.
