We are seeking an experienced HRO Solution Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HRO solutions that meet our business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and driving the overall success of our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HRO solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather requirements.
• Lead the integration of HRO systems with existing enterprise applications.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to HRO solutions and architecture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HRO technology.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-18 years of experience in HRO solution architecture or related field.
• Strong understanding of HRO processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Experience with cloud-based HRO solutions and implementation.
• Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., API, middleware).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
