Role Purpose
As an Sr. Associate in the Workforce data administration, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of data changes and administration. You will provide backend support for Hire to Retire process and management of the data in and outside the Human Resource Management System tool.
Responsibilities
Workforce Data Operations
Ensure end-to-end accuracy in employee master data transactions (hires, exits, transfers, promotions, etc.) across global Human Resource Management System platforms (e.g., Workday, HR Suite & ServiceNow).
Maintain documentation and quality controls to ensure data compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
Manage ticket resolution via ServiceNow or similar tools ensure SLAs and turnaround times are met.
Drive consistency and compliance across all employee master data activities.
Manage Employment Documentation, Social Security & Legal Compliance, Onboarding, Employment Terms and Contract Changes etc
Stakeholder Management
Act as the liaison between business teams, HR, Benefit, Payroll and IT for all data administration matters.
Deliver periodic reports and insights to both internal leadership and the client.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement improvements through automation, digital tools, and simplification initiatives.
Participate in user acceptance testing, change assessments, and documentation updates during system changes or upgrades.
Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, GDPR, and labour law compliance across workforce data activities.
Implement internal controls to detect, prevent, and resolve data-related risks.
Lead audits, internal reviews, and remediation actions as needed.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Business, or related fields (MBA good to have).
Experience in workforce Admin activity.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook platforms.
Familiarity with HCM tool - Success Factor, Workday, Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to work 5 days from office in Austria shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Familiarity with Human Resource Management System tool -ServiceNow and Workday, etc.
Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with European experience.
Certification in data analysis or related domains preferred.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
