Role Purpose
Lead operational delivery of benefits for Austria, manage complex cases and vendor relationships, drive benefits communications and reporting, and play an active role in the annual compensation review cycle including benchmarking, salary file preparation and stakeholder alignment. Ensure GDPR‑compliant processing and HRIS data integrity.
Responsibilities
Benefits Governance & Compliance:
Interpret and apply Austrian statutory rules, collective agreements and GDPR requirements ensure documentation and consent management.
Case Management:
Own resolution of complex cases (cross‑border mobility, parental leave complexities, buyouts/returns and coordinate with Legal, Payroll and Tax.
ServiceNow Key User Coordination:
Coordinate upskilling and KPI alignments with ServiceNow Key User act as escalation point for ServiceNow issues and content governance.
Vendor & Procurement Alignment:
Manage vendor relationships, support inputs and coordinate invoice reconciliation with SAP Ariba.
Compensation Review & Structure Maintenance:
Lead data provision tasks: gather turnover, recruiting data, inflation benchmarks (Mercer/Korn Ferry), monitor and prepare salary workbooks and presentations.
Maintain salary governance documentation, evaluate compression/legacy ranges and propose structural updates.
Reporting, Analytics & Cost Evaluations:
Generate recurring and ad‑hoc reports (take‑up rates, payroll alignments) conduct cost evaluations considering service levels and inflation.
People Management:
Mentor Associates, run 1:1s and team meetings liaise with Payroll, Legal, Works Council and external partners.
Working knowledge preferred: Workday HR Suite/BMD Employee Central ServiceNow ASES JobRad Portal Wellpass Portal SharePoint SAP Ariba M365 Power BI/Tableau (advantage) Docusign Canva Adobe
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, Employee Central/HR Suite and Excel.
Experience in salary benchmarking, compression analysis and annual review processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven track record in benefits projects, process redesign and reporting automation.
Certification in compensation & benefits or HR law desirable.
Familiarity with enterprise service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is essential for this role.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
