Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Drive full-cycle Darwinbox HRMS implementation (requirements to go-live) across multiple international campuses, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations, functional specifications, and optimized HR workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and align on project milestones.
- Data Strategy: Manage end-to-end data migration, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary functional expert for Darwinbox modules, providing expert consultation to streamline HR processes.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive SOPs, functional design documents, and training guides; conduct training for HR users and employees.
- Go-Live & Support: Ensure a successful, minimal-issue go-live, providing hyper-care support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Graduation in any field
- 4-6 years of experience in implementation of Darwinbox
- Strong knowledge of HR processes
- Strong focus on stakeholder management
