Job Description

About the Role:

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for hands-on administration and functional support of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules. The role requires direct ownership of system configuration, workflow management, troubleshooting, and integrations, along with a good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes from an HR Operations or Talent Acquisition perspective.

This position is offered as an 8-month contractual role.

Location: Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bengaluru

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with strong HR systems exposure.
  • 47 years in HR Shared Services / HR Operations, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB modules
  • Strong understanding of system implementation, testing, and configuration processes.

Key Deliverables:

1) SuccessFactors RCM & ONB Support

  • Own day-to-day functional support for SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB modules.
  • Resolve L1 system issues across requisitions, offers, onboarding tasks, roles, and approvals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding transactions with strong data accuracy and SLA adherence.

2) Configuration, Workflow & Integrations

  • Configure and maintain RCM & ONB workflows, templates, and approval logic.
  • Support and troubleshoot job portal and BGV integrations.
  • Execute UAT, regression testing, and data validation for system changes.
  • Coordinate L2/L3 escalations with implementation partners and IT teams.

3) HR Operations & Recruitment Support

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities, including requisitions, offers, onboarding, and employee data updates.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations, and HRIS teams to ensure timely and compliant hiring execution.
  • Maintain process documentation, trackers, and audit-ready records.

4) Learning & Enablement

  • Support HR automation initiatives, including offer and onboarding documentation.
  • Deliver RCM & ONB system training to recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers.
  • Create and update user guides and training materials.

Candidate Skills Required:

  1. Strong SuccessFactors RCM and ONB expertise in configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting.
  2. Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  3. Proficient in HRMS configuration, testing, ticket handling, and escalation management.
  4. Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a strong service mindset.
