Job Description

About the Role:

The HRIS Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for recruitment and onboarding activities on the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) platform. The incumbent will manage day-to-day HRIS administration, L1 issue resolution, and user access requests; coordinate with implementation partners for system enhancements and escalations; and support HR automation initiatives and training programs.

This position is offered as an 8-month contractual role.

Location: Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bengaluru

Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with strong HR systems exposure.
  • 47 years in HR Shared Services / HR Operations, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB.
  • Strong understanding of system implementation, testing, and configuration processes.

Key Deliverables:

1) Recruitment & Onboarding Administration

  • Manage L1 queries, access requests, and issue resolution for recruitment and onboarding workflows.
  • Process candidate and employee transactions within the SAP SuccessFactors (Sphere) system.
  • Support BGV and job portal integration for end-to-end candidate data flow.

2) System Configuration, Testing & Support

  • Support configuration and end-to-end testing for new business units and process updates.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and scheduled testing for data validation and workflow integrity.
  • Manage system tickets, provide updates in weekly reviews, and coordinate L2/L3 escalations with implementation partner.

3) Automation & Data Management

  • Support HR automation projects such as HR Letters automation in Employee Central.
  • Conduct integration testing, data validation, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Track and record consultant contracts, hiring trends, and IT input requirements.

4) Learning & Enablement

  • Conduct HRIS training sessions for new HR joiners and hiring managers.
  • Deliver refresher training on RCM & ONB modules to recruitment teams across units.
  • Ensure all training sessions and user guides are documented and updated.

Candidate Skills Required:

  1. Strong SuccessFactors RCM and ONB expertise in configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting.
  2. Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  3. Proficient in HRMS configuration, testing, ticket handling, and escalation management.
  4. Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a strong service mindset.
