HRIS Reporting Analyst Senior

Act as the primary contact for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle HCM analytics for reporting requirements.

Consult with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports, report changes, and data requests.

Develop reports and dashboards in OAC and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to support workforce analytics.

Lead reporting functions for core HR projects and provide actionable insights to HR leaders.

Perform firstlevel issue analysis, test and validate results against data and customer requirements.

Develop and maintain dashboards that answer key strategic HR questions including key performance indicators.

Facilitate functional compliance, data integrity checks, and related HR strategy analyses.

Train and educate users on efficient report usage and recommend process improvements for reporting workflows.
