Job Title: Avature Functional Consultant
Job Location: Remote
Job Duration: 6 months initially
Requirement:
- Demonstrating solid Avature Recruitment System or any other recruitment system experience.
- Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle
- Demonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules, Avature recommended.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processes
- Configuring, testing, and implementing changes and improvements to the Recruitment (Avature) system and business processes
- Providing Avature BAU support including investigation and troubleshooting
- Implementing new Avature features and enhancements
- Driving the support and regression testing
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping; and
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
