Job Title: HRIS Analyst Dayforce

Role Overview
The HRIS Analyst Dayforce is a key contributor supporting the organization's HR technology environment. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role focuses on the support, reporting, and maintenance of the Dayforce HCM platform and related HR systems.
This position partners with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to execute system changes within established architecture and governance, ensuring reliable HR operations and accurate data. The role is executionfocused and operates with defined scope and direction, escalating complex design or architectural decisions to HRIS leadership.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS System Support
- Maintain, and support Dayforce HCM modules based on approved requirements and designs
- Execute system enhancements, changes, and fixes within defined standards and processes
- Provide Tier 2/3 support by troubleshooting system and data issues and performing rootcause analysis
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities
Integrations & Interfaces
- Support and monitor existing HRIS integrations, data interfaces, and scheduled jobs
- Assist with integration issue resolution and coordinate escalations as needed
- Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems
Reporting & Data Management
- Build, maintain, and enhance standard HR and payroll reports and dashboards
- Support recurring and adhoc reporting requests for HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders
- Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and data accuracy initiatives
System Operations & Change Support
- Support Dayforce vendor releases and SaaS upgrades through testing and regression validation
- Maintain system documentation, job aids, and operating procedures
- Follow established HRIS architecture, security, and governance standards
Collaboration & Project Participation
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to clarify requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Participate in HR technology projects led by HRIS leadership
- Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 35 years of experience in an HRIS, HR Technology, or enterprise systems role
- Handson experience supporting Ceridian Dayforce HCM
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Dayforce configuration and reporting
- Supporting integrations (APIs, SFTP, or middleware)
- HR and payroll data management
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee data lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, lookups)
- Clear communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into system updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to India HR and/or Payroll processes
- Experience supporting global HR operations
- Experience with additional HCM or HR technology platforms
- Healthcare industry exposure
