Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Human Resources Analytics & Administration (HRAA)

This role includes Human Resources Analytics & Administration (HRAA delivery of comprehensive HR reporting and analytics solutions. You will also act as the first escalation point, ensure SLA adherence, and delivering process excellence and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Reporting & Data Management:

  • Deliver complex reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, UKG BI, Workday, etc.

  • Manage monthly reporting cycles, trend analysis, and historical data consolidation.

  • Conduct data validation, cleansing, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Own the integrity and lifecycle of HR datasets across various platforms.

  • Drive automation and enhancements in data reporting workflows.

  1. Compliance & Audit Support:

  • Support internal audit and compliance activities through accurate, audit-ready reporting.

  • Maintain consistent documentation and version control for key reporting outputs.

  • Lead preparation of reports related to compensation, workforce structure, and legal compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and data governance standards.

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams as required.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Good years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, etc.

  • Familiarity with audit, compliance, or compensation reporting.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders independently and deliver high-impact reports.

  • Willingness to work full-time onsite in a client-aligned shift.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Workday).

  • Experience in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.

  • Certifications in Tableau, or Excel

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
