We are looking for smart, creative solution seekers to join our team as HR Business Partner. In this role you will carry out our people initiatives, provide excellent support to employees and managers, coach leaders, and drive HR programs and process improvement. This position reports to the HRBP Lead in Hyderabad, India.
Responsibilities
- Partner with their business leaders to deliver business objectives and interpret what people enablers are necessary to deliver business results.
- Understand rapidly changing work environments and cultures; must be confident and able to thrive in ambiguous and high-growth environments and be able to engage and drive value proactively.
- Advise managers and employees on complex performance issues, providing solid guidance on legal and regulatory trends to reduce potential business liabilities.
- Solve problems and identify root causes of various complex issues and design quickly implementable solutions.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to enable the achievement of hiring goals.
- Assists with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems, and processes as required.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Proactive collaboration within the People Operations team and a demonstrated ability to impact and influence leaders.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Demonstrated discretion and outstanding judgment handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a clear and persuasive manner.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- 3+ years experience as an HRBP.
- Degree/Diploma Specializing in Human Resources.
