Job Description

Hiring: Senior HR Generalist / HRBP

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 7–10 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions while acting as a strategic HR Business Partner for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned business units
  • Partner with leadership teams as an HRBP
  • Handle onboarding, engagement, retention, performance management, and exits
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR compliance
  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Track workforce planning and utilization management
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and operational trackers
  • Support appraisal cycles and performance reviews
  • Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance governance
