Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions while acting as a strategic HR Business Partner for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned business units
- Partner with leadership teams as an HRBP
- Handle onboarding, engagement, retention, performance management, and exits
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR compliance
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
- Track workforce planning and utilization management
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and operational trackers
- Support appraisal cycles and performance reviews
- Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance governance
