Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives are integrated into the business plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expert guidance on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Drive talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans, to foster a high-performance culture.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, while promoting a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the learning and development team to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in HR policies and processes.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting an environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
