Job Description

Role:  Executive / Assistant Manager - HRBP

  1. Partner with their business leaders to deliver business objectives and interpret what people enablers are necessary to deliver business results.
  2. Understand rapidly changing work environments and cultures, must be confident and able to thrive in ambiguous and high growth environments, and be able to engage and drive value proactively.
  3. Advise managers and employees on complex performance issues providing solid guidance on legal and regulatory trends to reduce potential business liabilities.
  4. Solve problems and identify root causes of various complex issues and design quickly implementable solutions.
  5. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  6. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  7. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  8. Partner with Talent Acquisition to enable the achievement of hiring goals.
  9. Assists with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.
  10. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Performance management, Stakeholder Management and Employee connect.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • MBA in HR
  • Strong communication skills
