Role: Executive / Assistant Manager - HRBP
- Partner with their business leaders to deliver business objectives and interpret what people enablers are necessary to deliver business results.
- Understand rapidly changing work environments and cultures, must be confident and able to thrive in ambiguous and high growth environments, and be able to engage and drive value proactively.
- Advise managers and employees on complex performance issues providing solid guidance on legal and regulatory trends to reduce potential business liabilities.
- Solve problems and identify root causes of various complex issues and design quickly implementable solutions.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to enable the achievement of hiring goals.
- Assists with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Performance management, Stakeholder Management and Employee connect.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- MBA in HR
- Strong communication skills
