Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for HR Business Partner with strong communication skills to partner closely with Sales - business leaders. The role will drive HR strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Drive manpower planning, performance management, and talent development
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and change management initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes

Candidate Profile:

  • 1012 years of HR experience, with 8+ years in an HRBP role
  • Exposure to FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • MBA in HR preferred

Compensation:

CTC up to 20 LPA (including 15%20% variable).
