The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Scaler plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the organizations business objectives
This position serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership and department heads, providing guidance and support in various HR functions
The HRBP collaborates closely with managers and employees to create a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support and drive those objectives
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions
Talent Acquisition: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of top talent in alignment with workforce planning
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity within the industry
Learning and Development: Identify training needs and implement relevant training and development programs
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of employee engagement by driving initiatives that improve job satisfaction, morale, and retention
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and effectively communicated to employees
Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and employee satisfaction
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives like restructuring and work on building morale back in the team
HR Communication: Communicate HR initiatives, policies, and programs effectively to all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification preferred)
Proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role, with 3-5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with employees and leadership
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
