Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager. The HRBP Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, overseeing performance management programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HRBP Manager will also serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring a collaborative, employee-centric environment focused on organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Policies and overall Human Resources (HR) processes
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations, including managing team dynamics and fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law practices and compliance
  • Experience in designing and overseeing Performance Management frameworks
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience as an HRBP or HR Manager is preferred
  • Minimum 6 - 7 years of proven experience within HR Business Partner Role/ HR Generalist
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management,
  • Retention Management, Business partnering
  • Knowledge of IKS Coding and Revenue Optimization business will be an added advantage.
