We are hiring a People Partner / HRBP to support our growing Engineering and Product teams in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of HRBP experience in a tech or product-led environment, who has hands-on exposure to:

• Partnering with Engineering/Product managers

• Driving performance and promotion cycles

• Managing onboarding and early employee experience

• Leading engagement initiatives and employee connects

• Supporting learning and development programs

We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident working with managers, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
