Responsibilities
- Support the HRBP in performance management processes, organizational development initiatives, and other strategic HR programs.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and providing support to managers on people matters.
- Conduct employee induction and assimilation programs to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Draft and manage internal HR communications, announcements, and policy updates.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and PPT-based analysis for leadership reviews.
- Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to enhance HR reporting, communication, and productivity.
- Support HR operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and HR data analysis. Ability to handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with HRIS systems and internal communications will be an added advantage.
