We have an opening for HR Training Lead with a Technology Company.
Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying and evaluating present and future training requirements; creating a general or customised training and development plan; and utilising a broad range of training techniques
Through job analyses, career pathways, yearly performance reviews, and line manager input, determine and evaluate present and future training needs.Create a training and development plan that takes requirements and expectations into account, either generally or specifically.
Implement a broad range of training techniques; manage the training budget; address any particular issues and modify training programs as needed; and frequently monitor and assess the efficacy, success, and return on investment of training programs and report on them. Keep up with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in training.
