We're looking for adynamic HR & Retail Training Executiveto join our team and play a key role in driving talent development and enhancing our retail training programs across stores.

What You'll Do

- Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

- Conduct retail training sessions to build front-end team capability.

- Track training effectiveness and support performance improvement initiatives.

- Partner with Store Managers and Zonal Teams to ensure consistent learning experience.

- Assist in building a strong culture of growth, motivation, and excellence across stores.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate / Postgraduate with13 years of experiencein HR, L&D, or Retail Training.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for fashion retail and people development.

- Energetic, hands-on, and willing to travel for store trainings.
