Role Overview

This is a hands-on HR training role designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want real-world exposure to recruitment and HR operations. During the training period, you'll actively work on live hiring requirements and learn how HR functions in a fast-growing organization.

High-performing trainees will be absorbed into a full-time HR executive role after 2 months.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including:
  • B2C Sales
  • B2B / Enterprise Sales
  • Operations & Admin
  • Finance & Accounts
  • Legal & Compliance
  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and follow-ups

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Maintain employee and candidate records
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reporting
  • Coordinate internally for hiring priorities and role requirements

Employee Engagement & Coordination

  • Support internal HR communication and engagement initiatives
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and internal events
  • Handle basic employee queries in a professional manner

Learning & Development

  • Understand different job roles, skill requirements, and hiring frameworks
  • Learn HR policies, basic compliance, and best practices
  • Gain exposure to performance tracking and people management processes

Who Should Apply

Eligibility

  • Graduate or final-year student (any discipline)
  • MBA HR / BBA HR / Management / Psychology students preferred
  • Freshers are welcome

Skills & Traits

  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
