Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions to assess suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 01 year of experience in recruitment (internship/trainee experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
