Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and executing employee engagement activities, events, and communication campaigns
  • Support the coordination and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding process
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and collect feedback from new joiners
  • Create engaging content for internal HR communications
  • Help with data collection and analysis for engagement and induction metrics
  • Collaborate with various departments to organize HR initiatives and gather feedback
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
