Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Trainee Operations to support daily HR operational activities. This role provides practical exposure to core HR functions such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
- Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR documentation, employee letters, and compliance records
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) and onboarding formalities
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee data tracking
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate with employees for joining formalities and document collection
- Assist with employee confirmations, role changes, and exit processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Assist in audits, statutory compliance documentation, and HR reporting
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and records
Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with the HR team, internal departments, and vendors
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards as required
- Support HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent (completed or pursuing)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic HR systems
- High attention to detail with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
