This role emphasizes performance management and data analytics in a fintech HR team, with primary focus on facilitating reviews/training and generating Excel-based reports for attendance, turnover, and engagement. Strong Excel proficiency is essential for creating actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate performance reviews by scheduling sessions, collecting feedback forms, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions using SMART KPIs to boost employee engagement.
- Coordinate training programs including needs assessment, vendor management, session scheduling, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations to enhance skill development.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on attendance trends, turnover rates, and engagement metrics using advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting, and dynamic charts for executive dashboards.
- Analyze HR data to identify patterns (e.g., high turnover departments) and recommend interventions; maintain performance scorecards aligned with quarterly review cycles.
- Support general HR operations as secondary duties.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, slicers, charts, macros preferred); familiar with HRIS tools for data export.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing review calendars and report accuracy.
- Applicants having internship experience in HR or any prior work exp. in HR, will be preferred.
- Strong communication for stakeholder coordination and presenting data insights.
