Role Overview
The HR Systems and Analytics Lead is responsible for the oversight, optimisation and strategic use of HR systems and workforce analytics across the BMS Group. The role partners closely with Global HR, IT and Finance teams to ensure HR platforms and data deliver accurate, compliant and insight-driven outcomes that support strategic workforce and organisational decision-making and provide innovative solutions for better employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Governance
- Own the day-to-day management and governance of global HR systems, including HiBob and Absorb.
- Act as system super-user, overseeing configuration, workflows, data quality and user access.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and audit readiness across HR platforms.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Lead the development of dashboards and reporting using HR systems and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview, advanced Excel).
- Deliver regular workforce, DEI, learning and engagement insights to senior stakeholders.
- Produce monthly and quarterly HR dashboards and governance metrics.
- Develop analytical models to identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities.
Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Drive system enhancements, integrations and automation initiatives in partnership with vendors and internal teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen data integrity and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance and Compliance on data-led initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in HR contexts (e.g. predictive analytics, NLP for survey analysis, copilot-style tools)
Stakeholder Enablement
- Serve as the primary global contact for HR systems and analytics.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate data into actionable insight.
- Deliver training, guidance and documentation to support effective system adoption.
Skills and Experience
Experience
- 5–8 years experience in HR systems, HR analytics or HR technology roles, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment.
- Proven experience managing enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g. HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
- Hands-on experience with data visualisation, reporting automation and cross-system integration.
- AI automation skillset desirable
