Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology professional (Consultant/ Fixed Term Contract) with strong expertise in end-to-end HRMS implementation, specifically with Darwinbox. The role will drive digital HR transformation initiatives, manage system implementations, optimize HR processes, and act as a bridge between HR, and business stakeholders. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working at Darwinbox and hands-on implementation exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation lifecycle (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
  • Drive Darwinbox implementation, enhancements, and continuous optimization of modules (Core HR, Payroll, PMS, Recruitment, etc.)
  • Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
  • Manage vendor coordination, SLAs, and system upgrades/releases
  • Ensure data accuracy, system governance, and compliance with HR policies
  • Identify automation opportunities and drive process digitization across HR functions
  • Provide user training, create SOPs, and drive adoption across the organization
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Lead reporting and analytics through HRMS dashboards and tools
  • Stay updated with HR Tech trends and recommend best-in-class solutions

Work Experience

710 years of experience in HR Technology / HRMS implementation. Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation. Strong experience with Darwinbox implementation is mandatory. Prior work experience with Darwinbox (as an employee/vendor/consultant) is highly preferred. Experience working in cross-functional and stakeholder-heavy environments.

Educational Qualification

MBA / PGDM in HR, IT, or related field. Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / HR preferred.
