Seeking experience in HR Tech integrations, specifically in creating extracts that integrate seamlessly with Oracle HCM. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Oracle HCM integration technologies, including HCM Extract, BI Reports, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is mandatory for all the hires
- Integration Design & Development: Ability to design functional integrations using HCM tools.
- Oracle HCM Extracts: Experience in working with Oracle HCM extracts and understanding REST endpoints for data retrieval.
- Fast Formulas: Expertise in creating Fast Formulas for extracts.
- Middleware & Cloud Integrations: Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for seamless data flow and transformations.
- SDLC Implementation: Involvement in all phases of SDLC, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- PL/SQL for Transformations: Experience in utilizing PL/SQL within OIC for data transformations.
Web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and XML/JSON data formats
