Role Overview
The HR & Talent Operations Executive is a proactive hands-on execution role responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations and HR administration, operating strictly within defined authority boundaries.
This position focuses on building and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline, pre-qualifying talent, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring HR processes are executed accurately, confidentially, and on time. The role supports leadership by removing operational HR burden, while ensuring consistency, discipline, and alignment with SCI's culture and expectations.
This is not a policy-setting or decision-making role.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations
Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline across roles
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Conduct first-round CV screening and initial interviews
Pre-qualify and shortlist candidates for final management interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring progress tracking
Culture Execution
Communicate company values and expectations to candidates
Ensure cultural alignment during screening and onboarding
Share culture notes and onboarding guidelines with new hires
Maintain consistency in hiring standards across teams
Flag potential culture misalignment early
Onboarding & Offboarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires
Coordinate documentation and system access
Ensure smooth employee exits and proper handovers
Maintain accurate onboarding and exit records
Minimize leadership involvement in routine HR processes
HR Operations & Administration
Draft and manage offer letters, contracts, and increment letters
Maintain employee records, org charts, and reporting lines
Track probation periods and trigger timely reviews
Support updates to the Employee Handbook
Ensure HR records are accurate and audit-ready
Confidentiality & Process Control
Maintain strict confidentiality of salary and employee data
Execute HR processes strictly within defined scope
Escalate decisions requiring management approval
Follow approved templates and instructions without deviation
Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times

Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
3-5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
Strong sourcing and first-round screening experience
Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling confidential information
Clear, professional communication skills
Skills and Attributes
Strong commercial judgment and analytical ability.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Excel, CRM, and business-intelligence tools.
Knowledge of semiconductor and passive component technologies.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
