Reporting To: Senior HR Business Partner
About The Role
This role supports the expansion of two fast-growing Beauty & Personal Care brands in the colour cosmetics and fine-fragrance space. The focus is on building a strong talent pipeline and hiring high-quality talent aligned with the organization's culture and growth ambitions. The position will work closely with the Business and Senior HRBP to drive strategic and operational recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on hiring experience, preferably within Beauty & Personal Care.2.Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent across functions.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social channels, and external agencies to fulfil talent needs.
- Maintain a robust pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and process compliance.
- Track, analyse, and report hiring metrics to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Quality and speed of hires across functions and levels.
- Candidate experience and offer-to-join conversion ratio.
- Effective utilization of sourcing channels and optimization of hiring costs.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of overall experience with at least one stable stint of 3+ years in the Beauty & Personal Care or related sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
- Preference for candidates from startups or high-growth environments.
