Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and smooth hiring processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices.
- Support onboarding processes, employee documentation, and maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in HR operations including employee engagement activities, policy implementation, and performance review coordination.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and workplace concerns.
- Manage exit formalities including exit interviews and clearance processes while supporting employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as Talent acquisition specialist or similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- To be aligned and participate in Organization initiatives eg diversity
- Adds value to the business area through awareness and understanding of skills, trends and market knowledge of the business.
