Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Oversight
Administer day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.
Oversee offer letter, employment letters, onboarding processes, payroll input, employee record management and ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Manage shared HR mailboxes and ensure timely responses to queries and requests.
Team Management
Lead and mentor HR team members, assigning operational work and monitoring task completion.
Drive team productivity by setting clear goals, preparing scorecards and productivity reports.
Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team capability and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external vendors for services such as insurance, childcare benefits, and background verification.
Ensure timely coordination and compliance with vendor agreements and service -level expectations.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate HR records in the HRMS system.
Generate analytical and KPI reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Policy & Process Improvement
Identify gaps in HR operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Shift Timing: 11:30AM to 8:30 PM (IST)
Requirement:
Qualification: MBA in HR preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum 6-7 years experience in India HR Supervisor services
Proven experience in team handling ability to lead, mentor, and manage HR teams effectively to achieve departmental goals
A good understanding of the principles of good HR practice
A good knowledge of employment law and practices

Highly confidential and ability to maintain honesty, integrity, and empathy in handling personal and company matters.
Essential Criteria
Previous experience in a similar HR Supervisor/HR Advisory/HR Services/HR Consulting Role.
Good time management and ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and deliver on commitments.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maturity, and professionalism.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with peers and Managers alike.
Excellent attention to detail, including coordinating, gathering, and distributing key information.
Commitment to high quality service and continuous improvement
Proven experience in MS Office products, specifically with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
