Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Statutory (Corporate Office) position located in Tiruppur. The primary responsibilities include managing human resources operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The individual will also ensure compliance with statutory regulations and work closely with various teams to support organizational strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing and executing HR Policies and ensuring compliance
- Ability to effectively manage Employee Benefits, including payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- Competence in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with compliance and labor laws in India
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry would be an advantage
